$150/month. Our Testosterone Therapy Membership provides personalized treatment plans and ongoing support for patients seeking to optimize their hormone levels and improve overall health and wellness.

- Full payment of $150 is due at the time of subscription.
- Purchasing a membership does not include an appointment. You must separately book a Follow-up Membership appointment to see a provider.
- Each visit during the month is an additional $150 per appointment, due at the time of booking.
- The number of appointments needed per month will be determined between you and your medical provider.
Follow-Up Appointment — Members Only
30-minute appointment | $150 This booking option is exclusively for active Testosterone Therapy members to schedule follow-up visits.
- Payment of $150 is due at the time of booking.
- Do not use this option if you do not have an active membership. Non-members who book this option will be charged the full membership fee.

Non-Member Follow-Up — Testosterone Therapy
30-minute appointment | $750 This option is for returning testosterone therapy patients who do not hold an active membership.
- Full payment of $750 is due upfront at the time of booking.

New Patient Weight Loss Program

Follow-Up Appointment — Weight Loss
30-minute appointment | $150 For existing weight loss program patients scheduling a follow-up visit.
- Full payment of $150 is due at the time of booking.
- This option is for follow-up appointments only. New patients must book the New Patient Weight Loss Program above.
New Patient ED Treatment
30-minute appointment | $99 Our ED treatment program provides a confidential, professional evaluation and personalized treatment plan.
What to know before booking:
- Appointments are required every 6 months.
- Labs are required for this treatment. Your provider will discuss lab requirements during your appointment.
- Full payment of $99 is due at the time of booking.
Peptide Treatments
30-minute appointment | $199 Peptide therapy offers a range of benefits, including improved recovery, enhanced wellness, and targeted health optimization.
What to know before booking:
- An in-person appointment is required to be prescribed peptides. We are unable to prescribe peptides over the phone or via telehealth.
- Labs are not required for peptide treatment.
- Full payment of $199 is due at the time of booking.
